Volume 1
The first volume of Captain Tsubasa World Youth can be considered as the thirty-eighth episode of the first series that included thirty-seven. Tsubasa and the other characters grew up and became almost men. They now challenge themselves on the international stage.
Volume 3
I went to Italy, Brazil and collected a wealth of information about the 1994 World Cup in the USA to write the sequel to "Captain Tsubasa". Whatever we think and say, football is truly a global sport. I will make the most of my documentary research to try to restore the characteristics of football specific to each country.
Volume 7
Tsubasa finally regains the field. Wakabayashi, "the super great goalkeeper" defends the Japanese goals and Aoi, who lands from Italy, integrates the Japanese attack. Japan with this new team resumes the offensive and at the price of a very contested game ends up winning it with five goals on four. Japan is qualified for the second round of the Asian junior continental championship.
Volume 9
Tsubasa (Olivier), a young kid who practises football, has dreamed of becoming a world champion since her childhood.
Volume 14
Japan finally undefeated, will be one of the two representatives of the Asian continent at the Junior World Cup. The country originally designated to organize the World Cup cannot host the event, Japan becomes the organizing country, Tsubasa makes the decision not to return to his club in Brazil to devote itself mainly to the national team. Unfortunate hit the Nippone team, Misaki is hit by a car and it is package for the World Cup. This one starts with in the opening match, the Mexico-Japan meeting, the Tachibana brothers resist well to Mexican aerial techniques.
Volume 16
It is said that the popularity of the J.League is declining, that the number of spectators has decreased and that the hearing has decreased. It may be that the mode of football has passed but I still think that there is no more interesting sport. There are not only the league matches of odd teams that can be provisionally classified but also the cup matches whose rules are not well understood and whose point system changes constantly. We also get tired of the players. In my opinion, the problem is on the side of the leaders of the J.League.
Volume 18
Last volume of "Captain Tsubasa World Youth". After a very long fight, we arrive at the final match between Japan and Brazil. What team will win the title of the best team in the world? Tsubasa's will in his last statement is the main subject of this series.
