Desktop software and license

PANACHES Desktop remains proprietary software. The included trial or an active subscription grants a right of use according to the applicable plan, without transferring ownership of the source code, brand or protected project assets.

Unauthorized uses

Unauthorized redistribution, resale, public re-sharing of the software or substantial copying of the website and its contents are not allowed.

Trial and public subscriptions

At this time, the public offer includes a 7-day trial inside PANACHES Desktop, followed by monthly or yearly subscriptions with secure payment handled by Stripe.

Payment, customer account and activation

Once payment is validated, a license key is sent by email to activate PANACHES Desktop. Subscription management, billing and some reserved downloads go through the PANACHES customer account and, when needed, Stripe’s secure customer portal.

Free and reserved resources

The website may publish articles, resources, prompts, templates and workflows that are freely accessible, while some content may be reserved for an eligible customer account or an active subscription. Unless stated otherwise, these materials are working supports that may be adapted for personal or professional use.

User responsibility

The user remains responsible for their files, projects, content, installed AI models, backups, final checks and decisions made from results produced by the software or by Amber AI.

Reasonable limits

The website, software, Amber AI and published resources evolve over time, without any promise of universal compatibility, continuous availability or guaranteed results for every use case.

Service evolution

PANACHES may evolve over time: features, modules, resources, plans, compatibility and licensing flows may be adjusted to improve or clarify the product.
