Software license

PANACHES Desktop is proprietary software. The subscription grants a right of use according to the selected plan, but does not transfer ownership of the source code, brand or protected project assets.

Unauthorized uses

Unauthorized redistribution, commercial modification, resale, competing exploitation or substantial copying of the software, its interfaces or its contents are not allowed.

Trial and subscriptions

The 7-day trial is included in PANACHES Desktop. Paid plans are offered as Monthly or Yearly subscriptions, with secure payment handled by Stripe.

Payment and activation

Once payment is validated, a license key is sent by email and allows you to activate PANACHES Desktop. Subscription management can be opened from PANACHES through Stripe’s secure customer portal.

Website resources and content

Articles, resources, prompts, templates, workflows and content published on the website are provided to support PANACHES use cases. They may be adapted for personal or professional use unless stated otherwise.

User responsibility

The user remains responsible for their files, projects, content, installed AI models, backups and decisions made from results produced by the software or by Ambre.

Service evolution

PANACHES may evolve over time: features, modules, resources, plans, compatibility and license paths may be adjusted to improve the product.
