Led Zeppelin was a British rock band formed in London in the late 1960s around Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones and John Bonham. The group developed a powerful sound blending hard rock, blues, folk and psychedelic rock, defined by Jimmy Page’s guitar riffs, Robert Plant’s vocals and an exceptionally strong rhythm section. With albums such as Led Zeppelin II, Led Zeppelin IV and Physical Graffiti, Led Zeppelin became one of the most influential bands in rock history and a major reference point for hard rock.
