The battle against the men of the Yoshioka dojo is raging. Fighting seventy samurai at the same time, Musashi struggles mainly for his survival, following his path as he can. Yet, gradually, the spectre of victory emerges without bringing any relief that one might believe. In the fi nal, what will remain of this fight, once all his lives are sacrificed on the altar of the honor of a clan?
