Usagi Tsukino is a clumsy and carefree middle school student whose life changes when she meets Luna, a mysterious talking cat. Luna reveals that Usagi is Sailor Moon, a guardian chosen to protect Earth from evil forces. Throughout her battles, Usagi meets other Sailor Guardians and gradually discovers the bonds connecting them to an ancient lunar kingdom. Between everyday life, friendship, love, and confrontations with increasingly powerful enemies, she learns to embrace her role and the responsibilities tied to her true destiny.
