Kennedy pursues those responsible for a kidnapping linked to a secret organization, while Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine, Claire Redfield, and Rebecca Chambers investigate a mysterious outbreak affecting victims with no direct contact with earlier infections. Their investigations lead them to Alcatraz Island, where a new enemy is preparing an attack involving particularly dangerous bioweapons. Reunited against the threat, the survivors of the Raccoon City disasters must prevent another large-scale contamination while confronting the consequences of a past that continues to follow them.
