Seiya is a young fighter trained to become one of Athena’s Saints, warriors whose duty is to protect the goddess and humanity. After earning the Bronze Cloth of Pegasus, he returns to Japan and takes part in a tournament alongside several other Saints, including Shiryu, Hyoga, and Shun. Their rivalry soon gives way to a common struggle against increasingly powerful enemies. Guided by their loyalty to Athena, Seiya and his companions face numerous trials in which their courage, mastery of the Cosmos, and ability to surpass their own limits become essential.
