Fairy Tail learns from Mest that Makarov traveled to negotiate peace with the Alvarez Empire, a military nation that surpasses Ishgar. With no news from the team, they organize a rescue team. Brandish μ (one of the Spriggan 12, bodyguards of the emperor rivaling the Wizard Saints) and God Serena (a deserter Wizard Saint) oppose them. The team reaches Alvarez via a submarine from Sorano Agria (former Six God of Destruction, Crime Sorceress). Spriggan = Zeref. Zeref wants Lumen Histoire. Mest saves Makarov from death. The team flees Ajeel Raml.
