Gray and Juvia are returned to normal by Juvia's water magic, which Gray amplifies with his ice to freeze Anchor. Natsu wakes up with a split personality, quickly revealed to be Igneel, who lends his power to Natsu to defeat Earth Build. Natsu goes to confront Ignia, who begins to create an artificial sun to destroy Guiltina. The Calamity Bloods take their dragon form and counterattack, except for Levia (who flies and imprisons Laxus's soul). Selene helps Lucy against Earth Build and Wed (vindictive), extinguishing Wed's flames with a jet of water that Lucy uses to summon Mercphobia. The two Divine Dragons grant Lucy their power, enough to beat Wed but not Earth Build. On Selene's instructions, Wendy reaches the underground heart of Aldoron to enchant his scattered allies with Dragon Slayer magic, unaware that Aldoron's God Seed (still alive) is nearby.
