Fairy Girls follows several female members of the Fairy Tail guild, including Lucy, Erza, Wendy, and Juvia, through adventures taking place alongside the main series. As they carry out different missions and face new opponents, the four mages must rely on their complementary abilities and strong bond to overcome unexpected situations. The story places greater emphasis on their group dynamics, personalities, and role within Fairy Tail while retaining the action, humor, and magic that define the series’ universe.

Volume 1
Lucy, Ezra, Jubia, and Wendy slip away from the party held at the royal palace to conclude the Grand Magic Tournament for a tour of the capital. They run into a gang of thugs who claim to be from their guild and give them a lesson. Impressed, their young guide asks them to find out who attacked his father, a member of the royal guard. They discreetly return to the palace to investigate. And they discover that the king has been replaced by an imposter?!
Volume 2
Mavis offers the girls a stay at a resort to reward them for saving the king, but the stay turns out to be anything but relaxing. Shortly after, Makarof accepts Sumire, a new magician, into Fairy Tail. As she is a fan of Wendy, she is overjoyed by the opportunity to train with her. They embark on their first quest together in the forest, and as Sumire finds herself in a difficult situation, the Fairy Girls save her. But suddenly, a soporific gas spreads through the air...
Volume 3
Kanna agrees to separate a wealthy heiress from the host she has fallen for. She persuades Lucy and the others to metamorphose into hosts to seduce the young girl... Then, the Fairies respond to a request for help from Mermaid Heel, which is short-handed for restaurant service. But they learn that the guild members are actually suffering from a mysterious illness... Then one day, they return to Fairy Hills to discover Grey with a baby?!
Volume 4
During an interview accompanied by a sexy photoshoot, the journalist Silda announces to the Fairy Girls that she is going to reveal a scoop about a large company's shady activities. But she is attacked by mages hired by the CEO, and since her archives are stolen, her informants are in danger! Lucy and the others will have to save the kingdom again...
