Buu and Moro fight again. Moro realizes that Buu cannot seal his magic because it was Buu's evil side (previously killed by Goku) that received the power of the Grand Lord of Lords. Moro's 3rd wish was to release all prisoners from the Galactic Prison. Led by Saganbo and reinforced by Moro's magic, the small army of criminals (the Galactic Bandit Brigade) escapes and attacks Goku and Vegeta on Namek. Moro absorbs their energy again; Goku and Vegeta retreat with the Galactic Patrol. Moro consumes Namek and travels from planet to planet to become stronger. Vegeta travels to the planet Yardrat to learn his unconventional techniques, while Goku enters a Room of Spirit and Time with Merus to master Ultra Instinct. The King of the Galaxy asks Jaco to recruit more Earthlings.
