Across different realities of the Multiverse, several versions of Spider-Man and other spider-powered heroes discover that a threat is hunting those connected to the power of the spider. Spider-Man Noir faces new dangers in his 1930s New York, while Gwen Stacy lives in a world where she, rather than Peter Parker, received spider powers. Other universes introduce new figures such as Peni Parker and her SP//dr armor. As Morlun and the Inheritors begin hunting Spider-Totems across dimensions, these previously separate destinies gradually converge toward a confrontation that threatens the entire Spider-Verse.
