A mysterious man known as Agent Graves approaches people whose lives have been destroyed and gives them a briefcase containing a gun, one hundred untraceable bullets, and evidence identifying the person responsible for their suffering. He promises that they can take revenge without fear of legal consequences. But behind these offers lies a much larger organization connected to the Trust, an old alliance of powerful families, and the Minutemen who once enforced its authority. As different lives and stories begin to intersect, the series turns individual tales of revenge into a vast crime saga about manipulation, loyalty, power, and moral choices.

Issue 1
Isabelle Cordova, aka "Dizzy", is 23 years old and she just gets out of prison. During the metro ride that finally takes her home, a man approaches her. He is a man who is a member of the police force Graves. He reminds her of these cruel memories, those of the death of her whole family, shot by a gang. Finally, that's what she believed. Graves announces to her that the real culprits are dirty cops. He then offers her a briefcase that contains a weapon and 100 unidentifiable cartridges. Graves tells her that she will be able to revenge by having a white card. According to him, no representative of the law will be able to reach her and that there will be no investigation if she proceeds.
Issue 2
The principle of this series is simple. Agent Graves, a fairly old man dressed in black, sunglasses and all the toy, comes to find quidams to offer them a briefcase containing 100 bullets and a weapon, the whole unidentifiable, there is also a file irremediably proving the involvement of one of the stranger's relatives in a story that destroyed his life. So the principle is simple, if you were given a weapon, bullets and evidence, you would avenge yourself? That's the question that arises, first of all, Chucky. Indeed, because of his best friend he had to make years of prison, because of the same friend, he is losing his girlfriend. "Chucky, Chucky, wake up", you have to take a new turn, flee these games from the street, forget all that. But Agent Graves, who is he? In his wake move from other silhouettes, one guesses that he opposes a more powerful organization. That all these little stories do only one, parts that slowly fall out.
Issue 3
Louis Hughes found his father, Curtis, and learned his dangerous job in contact with him after years. Curtis used to work with Agent Graves, and he gave Louis the briefcase and the weapon to shoot him. Will Louis be tempted and betrayed his own blood? Meanwhile, Graves contacts Jack, a junkie.

Issue 5
Milo Garret is a private person who likes a good fight where he always gets away with it, banging beautiful girls and drinking. But that day, Milo Garret has a car accident. He finds himself in the hospital where the doctors treated his facial injuries and left him with a mummy bandage. Whatever, that's not what will change Milo's lifestyle. But, on the other hand, a certain Graves visits him at the hospital and gives him a briefcase where a gun and 100 bullets are found, there it risks changing everything; especially when Graves tells him that it wasn't an accident but that he was being tampered with with to get him to crash. That, Milo Garret doesn't cash in. He gets back on track to find what did that and why.
Issue 6
Dizzy, Cole, Lono or Wylie, just like Benito once crossed the road of Agent Graves and Sheperd. All of them had difficult moments and violence, and all had different origins or fate.
Issue 7
As Agent Graves gradually reveals the details of his dark history in the service of the Trust, as well as the reasons for this hatred towards his former masters, the bodies fall at a frantic pace, in one camp as in the other. Dizzy, Lono, Benito Medici, Cole Burns, etc... Few actors will still stand at the end of this macabre dance.
Issue 8
You see the man in black, around the corner, with smoke glasses and a briefcase in his hand? Yes, he, the man who looks at you... This man is Agent Graves. In Agent Graves' suitcase, you will find a trivialized weapon and a hundred cartridges. You will also find irrefutable proof of the wrongs that you have suffered, the names of the murderers of your loved ones, their identity, their address... There is one thing to know, the essential thing. If you use the weapon and the cartridges, it is impossible to go back to you. Total immunity. After all, as Agent Graves says: "These guys are garbage..." This is the tempting proposition that is made in Dizzi Cordova and Lee Dolan. The opportunity is finally given to them to revenge for humiliation, trial, prison.
