Ace finally found Barbe Noire and the confrontation began. Each of the two opponents held the power of a logia, but Marshall D. Teach's was strange. Luffy and his crew ran it softly after having escaped Vice-Admiral Garp. Each one visited the new boat, where they relaxed quietly when a strange barrel reached the boat. Once opened, a kind of rocket escaped and gradually, the Thousand Sunny was surrounded by the mist. It was then that a strange ghost boat approached with onboard Brook the living skeleton.
