Phantom Lord dissolves after its defeat. Lucy cuts ties with her father and helps rebuild the HQ. She worries about Loke's distance, and discovers he is Leo, the celestial spirit banished from his kingdom for causing the death of his contractor (by defending Aries from his cruelty). Loke reveals that he is soon to die from exhaustion. Desperate to save him, Lucy persuades the Royal Celestial Spirit to lift the banishment: Loke can return to his kingdom as a spirit bound to Lucy.
