Ryo Saeba is a private detective and hired gun known as City Hunter, famous for taking on some of the most dangerous jobs in Tokyo. A highly skilled marksman and experienced fighter, he works alongside Kaori Makimura, who tries to keep his often unpredictable behavior under control. Between investigations, protection missions, and confrontations with criminals, traffickers, and professional killers, Ryo uses his abilities to help people in danger while also facing the darker parts of his own past.
