Years after the death of Jason Todd, the second Robin, Batman witnesses the arrival in Gotham of a new vigilante using the name Red Hood, an old identity once connected to the Joker. Brutal and determined, this mysterious opponent sets out to seize control of the criminal underworld by imposing his own rules, freely using methods Batman refuses to accept. As Black Mask struggles to protect his empire and the Joker is drawn back into the conflict, Bruce investigates Red Hood’s identity. The case reopens one of his deepest traumas and forces him to confront his beliefs about justice, revenge, and the limits he has always imposed on himself.

Years earlier, Batman suffered his most terrible defeat when the Joker killed second Robin, Jason Todd, with a bar at the mine. Nevertheless, the Black Knight managed to continue his mission, backed by his previous co-colyte, Dick Grayson. But this painful memory was revived when a new vigilante, with quick means, landed in Gotham. Instilling fear in the ranks of the underworld, he also used the former Joker alias: Red Hood.
