Batman, Batgirl, and Red Hood discover that an impossible truth may lie behind their oldest enemy: there may not be just one Joker, but three distinct individuals who have carried that name. As a new series of crimes reopens the wounds left by the criminal clown, Bruce Wayne, Barbara Gordon, and Jason Todd are each forced to confront the trauma the Joker inflicted upon them. Their investigation leads them to these three figures, each with different methods and objectives, while bringing deeply personal events from their past back to the surface. Between revenge, guilt, and obsession, the case threatens to reshape their understanding of the Joker as well as their relationships with one another.

Issue 1
The secret of Batman's worst enemy is finally revealed: there is not one but three Jokers. The Clown, the Comic, the Crimen: each in his own way, these carnock-smileed criminals inflicted physical and psychological wounds on Batman and his allies. At the moment, there are bodies reminiscent of the Black Knight's first case against his nemesis, Batman, Batgirl and Red Hood are conducting the investigation to discover which of the Three Jokers is the original... or if it really exists. But the time is far from having healed all the wounds and the trust between the three vigilantes is, it, quite begun... Contents vo: Batman: The Three Jokers #1-3 Age: 12+
