Volume 1 — I don't forget anything!
After a lifetime of stealing, cheating and killing, Kriss de Valnor dies in an act of bravery and kindness. Walkyries do not know what destiny to reserve: the Walhalla, the paradise of warriors, or the eternal wandering in the cold mist of Niflheim? The fierce fighter must now plead her cause before the goddess Freyja. To do this, he must remember the child she was, the first blows he suffered.
Volume 2 — The Walkyrie Award
Kriss is still the hostage of the Walkyries and Freya, their "queen". Before deciding whether Kriss deserves the fate of the brave warriors who died in battle (the Odin Palace and eternal life) or whether she deserves to go to burn forever in the flames of Niflheim, Freya wants to hear, from Kriss' mouth, the end of the story of her life until she meets Thorgal (she already knows the sequel... who pleads little in favour of Kriss). This is her only chance to benefit from a form of leniency... Kriss therefore continues the story begun in Volume 1. How did she grow up until her teens and her entry into the adult world? How did she find herself caught up with the Caledonians worshippers of the goddess Kerridwen (see the album Les Archers)? Why did she steal the mysterious Stone of Sang (see The Archers, always) just before meeting Thorgal and finding Pied d'Arbre? All the answers to these simple questions are given to the end of the world of Kri's.
Volume 3 — A Queen's Dignion
The sentence of the Walkyries has fallen: back on earth, Kriss will only remain alive if she carries out an action worthy of raising her to the rank of queen. And that's not all, if she has the misfortune to do the least harm to any living being, even if only a fish, the arrow that is always in her chest will sink in it a little more. It is helped by a providential ally, Hildebrün, that Kriss will try to conquer a new kingdom.
Volume 4 — Alliances
Kriss de Valnor is not content to be the Queen of the North-Levant. She also wants to govern all the Vikings of the North. To do so, she has to meet certain conditions: to prove her nobility, her courage and to have already given birth. But others covet this vast territory: Jolan, the king-healer, and Emperor Magnus allied to the father of Arlac. Will Kriss succeed in gaining the confidence of the men of the North-Levant and in concluding the alliances that will enable her to achieve her ends?
Volume 5 — Red as Raheborg
Now united by the ties of marriage to Jolan, Kriss reigns over all the Vikings of the North. Far from being able to rest on his laurels, the new couple will have to face the armies of Magnus and the Duke of Auxaterra who threaten to impose the belief in a single God, Yavhus. The battle will be harsh and to win it, Kriss and Jolan will not necessarily have the same strategies or motivations...
Volume 6 — The Island of Lost Children
Naufragé, Kriss was taken care of by Osian the herbalist and Erwin, her apprentice. When she woke up, she wished only one thing, to go back to her kingdom and find her crown. But Kriss and her new companions, chased by Magnus soldiers, were forced to venture into the troubled and turbulent waters of the ocean lake. The violence of the waves made them fail not far from an island inhabited by curious children, as sweet as they were concerned...
Volume 7 — The Mountain of Time
Kriss de Valnor now has one goal in mind: to find his son Aniel, a prisoner at the other end of the world. To join him, she is ready to use all means. Even to take the mysterious Mountain of Time. But the shortest path always involves terrible sacrifices and perils... Jolan, on his side, agrees to face Magnus in duel. He who emerges alive from this fight to death will inherit the kingdom of his rival...
Volume 8 — The Master of Justice
Kriss de Valnor now has only one goal: to find her son Aniel. To join him as soon as possible, she chose to climb the Montagne du Temps. But the test turns out to be much more cruel than she had imagined... Meanwhile, Jolan continues his duel without mercy against Emperor Magnus.
