To the north of the Ardaigne, in the city of Destrion, a mad-furious man massacred all the occupants of a palace belonging to the powerful family of Tyre. The forceful one was finally arrested by the master of the place, Prince Bran of Tyre, but the latter also succumbed to his wounds. For the Inquisitor Master Sasmaël, it could be an investigation among so many others that have glittered his long life... yet this is not the case! The assassin is none other than his former mentor, the venerable and very intrusive Inquisitor Master Fendraël. For Sasmaël time is counted if he wants to clear his old companion and thus save the political future of the Inquisition. In the cold area of the little Gottland, the master inquisitor Nikolai and his elf Boldween make a macabre discovery: a body is anchored in the ice. Very quickly, the link is made between the victim and the sacred pilgrimage of the blue dragon. The inquisitor decides to dislodge the culprit and interferes among the travellers. The investigation is bogged down and other murders are added to the first... The murderer hides himself in the middle of two thousand pilgrims and the motive remains a mystery!

Since its foundation, the city of Anderion has been under the protection of the priests of the Red Dragon. At the full moon, they recite the sacred verses from their ancient grimoire and prevent the awakening of the dragons. When the dragons are found dead and their grimoire destroyed, Noriav of the Order of the Magi, asks for the help of Aronn, young Inquisitor Master. Thanks to his power, Aronn can extract Eliezer the Fou from his prison in the Gottland and bring him back to Anderion. Nikolai, with the help of four other inquisitors, conduct the investigation to find who is plotting against the life of the inquisitors masters. He also suspects the possibility of an attack on the monarchs Aquilon and Assynia. For Nikolai, the culprit is part of the inquisition and wants the magic to become powerful again.

Since the betrayal of Assyria, the Order cannot enforce the law in Oscitan. Judge Adrael sends Orlias to the desert of Opkasis, to the fort of Yagoss, where apprentices have been isolated who have once provoked dramas because they were unable to control their power. Album 8
Priests were massacred in the monastery of Kandvost. Synillia, a non-mage raised to the rank of Master Inquisitor, leaves to carry out the investigation. If she does not possess power, she compensates for this lack by her intelligence and her qualities as an epeist. She can also count on Eldeween, the elf with whom she forms an effective duo. Effective, she will have to be faced with the murderer who seems to have powers. He was waiting only for the arrival of Synillia and Eldeween to perform a deadly track game.

In Oscitan, Bakael is the only Master Inquisitor Ashinn, the dwarf people. He goes with the elf Tanaween to the village of his childhood. There, the miners are mysteriously killed. The bodies, half devoured, suggest that they were attacked by a wild beast. However, it is strange that the victims are only minors. As he begins this investigation, Bakael has to face the demons of the past, this tragedy, which has marked him for ever.

Habner and Akyleen landed in the port city of Karnak. Judge Adrael commissioned them to recover some books on the return of a mission. It is at the library that they meet Alienor of Lekyar. They still do not know that she holds a vital work for the survival of the Order, the Bakal-Ephraim. This legendary and highly coveted book will rush our heroes into a murderous race-prosecution.
Album 11
Assinya has reincarnated and Adrael cannot resolve to abandon him to his fate. The child, who is not yet aware of his immense power, is in great danger... A powerful Orc clan wants to use it to control the world river and restore its domination in Oscitan. But all the inquisitors who survived are already on mission. Thanks to Bakael and Habner, the Inquisition has the Adonai spice and the Bakal-Ephraim, a sacred book. This book allows to use the spice to grant powers to the non-mages who have come to grow the ranks of the Inquisitor Masters. Synillia will soon be the first to benefit from it. It is also time for new judges to sit alongside Adrael. Ares is about to celebrate the ascension of Orlias and Nikolai. It is in this context of preparations that the Black order decides to act. Album 13
During a mission where Bromm and Vorkeen are in charge of freeing a child-mage in the heart of the Sighs, their intervention goes wrong. Bromm makes a call for help so powerful that it is perceived by all the Inquisitors of Oscitan. Iliantn, young mage lycanthrope, and Galween are sent to rescue their companions. At the scene, they discover a bloodbath. All have been savagely killed and Bromm has disappeared. Iliantn and Galween then go hunting, with the hope of saving Bromm.
Album 14
A small colony of elfs opposed to the Order established itself on an island of the South Seas and sought an ore capable of absorbing and containing magic. Judges sent Shenkaèl and Elaween. Alas, the mission turned to drama and Shenkaèl ended up in a jail. Deprived of his gift and tortured for years, he was resigned when Elaween managed to release him.
Album 15
After ten years in the jails of Ares, Lilo, a young man invulnerable with colossal force, is sent to Tredd with two prisoners: Osmunt and Su'daren. Their escape makes them the most wanted fugitives on the continent. But Su'daren knows how to avoid the lightnings of the Inquisitors. When a delegation of the Order is attacked, Habner and Akyleen are sent to investigate. Accompanied by Talh, young Inquisitor, Akia, daughter of Adrael, and Menelias, they discover the bodies of the victims. Only the remains of the Master Inquisitor Hadar are missing. He was taken to the depths of the earth by creatures of which no one knows anything...
Album 17
Since the death of King Hubert de Roman, relations between the Order and the Brotherhood of the Oaks have deteriorated. It would take little for a new war to break out in Oscitan. Adrael, anxious to guarantee a lasting peace, manages to bring together the sovereigns of the Brotherhood. But on the eve of the signing of the treaty, Eloise de Roman is murdered. Everything leads to believe that she has been the victim of an Inquisitor controlling the cold. As tensions get worse, Elekhiad and Elfe Næleen lead the investigation and will try to save peace, if this is still possible...
Album 18
After the demonstration of Elekhiad's power in front of the enemies of the Order, an alteration of the magic threatens the Oscitan. The Inquisitors able to respond to the urgency of the situation go to the island of Edelen. But hardly arrived, the Elves attacked them. The latter suffered because of the anomaly and the magic of Elekhiad cannot be the only explanation for the drama they experienced.
