Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 follows Gustave, Maelle and their companions on a desperate mission against the Paintress, an entity that condemns a new generation to disappear every year. Inspired by the French Belle Époque and major JRPGs, Sandfall Interactive's first game combines turn-based combat, real-time dodges and parries, surrealist art direction and a story centered on death, grief and what we choose to pass on.
