L’Entourloop is a French collective built around Sir James and King Johnny, blending hip-hop, reggae, dub, dancehall and sound system culture. The project has developed a distinctive identity by combining beatmaking techniques with Jamaican influences, using sample-heavy production, powerful basslines and numerous international vocal collaborations. With albums such as Chickens in Your Town, Le Savoir Faire and La Clarté dans la Confusion, L’Entourloop has become one of the most distinctive French projects at the crossroads of hip-hop and reggae.
