Apathy, born Chad Aaron Bromley, is an American rapper and producer from Connecticut who has been active since the 1990s. A prominent figure in East Coast underground hip-hop, he is known for his technical, sharp and reference-heavy lyricism, backed by production deeply rooted in the boom bap tradition. A member of Demigodz and Army of the Pharaohs, he has also built an extensive solo career with albums such as Eastern Philosophy, Honkey Kong and Connecticut Casual.
