In a desert world where water has become a scarce and tightly controlled resource, Sheriff Rao sets out in search of a legendary spring that could help the population. To cross the dangerous lands standing in his way, he teams up with Beelzebub, the prince of demons, and his companion Thief. Together, they face creatures, soldiers, and numerous obstacles while gradually uncovering the reasons behind Sand Land’s water shortage. Their journey soon becomes more than a simple search for water, confronting them with the injustices that keep the kingdom under control.
