Yukari is determined to learn more about the origin of the Shadows and Tartarus, and asks Kirijo about the explosion that took place ten years ago at the place where Gekkoukan High School now stands. She also hopes to discover the circumstances of her father's death, the victim of the accident. As the plot unfolds, our heroes go from revelation to revelation, and the two young women find themselves confronted with the shadows of the past.
