In Hawaii, fifteen-year-old Jodio Joestar dreams of becoming extremely wealthy by understanding and exploiting the “mechanisms” that govern the world. Alongside his older sibling Dragona and their partners Paco and Usagi, he takes on criminal jobs for their employer. A seemingly simple mission to steal a multimillion-dollar diamond from a mysterious Japanese visitor, however, leads them to discover a strange volcanic rock capable of attracting valuable objects toward itself. From that point on, their pursuit of wealth becomes far more dangerous, involving Stand users, criminal rivalries, and unexplained phenomena across the Hawaiian islands.
