In 1999, Jotaro Kujo travels to the Japanese town of Morioh to meet Josuke Higashikata, a high school student who turns out to be Joseph Joestar’s illegitimate son. Josuke also possesses a Stand, Crazy Diamond, which can restore objects and heal injuries. As more residents of Morioh begin developing supernatural abilities of their own, Josuke is drawn into a series of strange incidents alongside his friends Okuyasu and Koichi. Gradually, they discover that a dangerous killer is hiding among the town’s inhabitants. Between everyday life, unpredictable battles, and investigation, Morioh becomes the setting for a struggle where Stand users can prove to be either allies or enemies.
