Goku fights Ninja Murasaki (who splits using the Bunshin no Jutsu). Colonel White awakens Android #8 (a robot with a good heart) to kill Goku, but #8 refuses. Goku and #8 become friends and defeat the monster Jiggler (weakened by the cold). Goku goes to West City to have the Dragon Radar repaired by Bulma. Bulma accompanies him in a submarine (provided by Kame-Sen'nin) with Kuririn. General Blue of the Red Ribbon begins to track them.
