It was in 1908 that Napoleon Hill was approached by Andrew Carnegie. Following an interview to write an article for a magazine, Mr. Carnegie offered Mr. Hill to make him meet the most powerful men of the time, with the aim of discovering the secrets of their success. Once this philosophy was clearly described, it could be used by all those who wanted to help create their own success and realize their dreams. In 1927, Napoleon Hill finally assembled everything that would become the very first edition of The Laws of Success that sold millions of copies, in many languages, worldwide. His friends were accomplished people: Andrew Carnegie, Henry Ford, Thomas A. Edison, Alexander Graham Bell, John D. Rockefeller, William Wrigley and others, all of whom were among the most prestigious people of that time and who remained role models for our time. It was by interviewing hundreds of people who had succeeded in doing so that he would have a clear sense of self-confidence that he would be able to make all the simple answers.
