Overview

Presentation

The Crew Motorfest is an open-world racing and driving game developed by Ubisoft Ivory Tower. It turns the Hawaiian archipelago into a large playground dedicated to different aspects of car culture.

The experience is mainly structured around Playlists, themed campaigns focused on a discipline, era, manufacturer or particular style of driving.

These Playlists notably cover street racing, drifting, off-road driving, classic cars, supercars and motorsport through events with their own rules and presentation.

The open world has expanded considerably since launch. Maui and later Kaua‘i were added to O‘ahu, each bringing new roads, landscapes and activities.

Outside the campaigns, Freedrive allows players to explore the islands freely, search for treasures, complete challenges or simply use the different vehicles in their collection.

Motorfest is not limited to cars. Its collection includes several vehicle categories, notably road and competition cars, motorcycles, off-road vehicles, boats and aircraft.

Vehicles feature stats, performance parts and numerous visual customization options. Different categories also require handling suited to their respective disciplines.

The Main Stage structures an important part of progression around several paths, including Playlist revisits, competition, exploration and Legend progression.

The Grand Race brings together up to 28 players in long races divided into three segments, each requiring a different vehicle category.

The Summit Contest offers a regularly refreshed asynchronous competition in which players aim for the highest possible score across several events to earn rewards.

Motorfest also includes TrackForge, a tool that allows players to create their own circuits and discover tracks published by the community.
