Rick and his group of survivors found refuge in a former penitentiary. After having invested and cleaned the premises, they met former prisoners and discovered that the enemy was not necessarily the one they believed. After neutralizing the immediate threat of Dexter, Rick, as natural leader, established the new laws of a society with a human face.
