After Negan's counter-attack, the damage and losses are heavy. Negan has managed to convince some people to change sides. Ezekiel, on the other hand, is collapsed by the death of his tiger Shiva, and Rick can no longer count on him for the moment. The war is far from over and its outcome remains more uncertain than ever. This volume closes the narrative arch of "All out War".
