Norrin Radd learns that the cosmic energy that envelops his body is deteriorating and that he has only a short time to live. The Silver Surfer then embarks on a final journey through the universe, makes his farewell to the Earth and tries to calm down old conflicts. This final crossing brings him back to Zenn-La, his native world, and to those whom he sacrificed by becoming the herald of Galactus.
