After leaving Gotham and distancing herself from the Joker, Harley Quinn settles in Coney Island and tries to rebuild her life on her own terms. Between her job, an apartment building filled with eccentric tenants, and a constant stream of bizarre problems, Harley quickly surrounds herself with new allies such as Poison Ivy, Big Tony, and the members of her own gang. But her unpredictable personality attracts trouble as easily as opportunity, and criminals, mercenaries, and other threats soon cross her path. Blending dark humor, cartoonish violence, and chaotic relationships, the series follows Harley as she tries to live freely without falling back under the influence of those who once defined her life.
