Accused of being Daredevil and imprisoned on Rikers Island, Matt Murdock watches his life collapse when his friend Foggy Nelson becomes the victim of a violent attack. Locked up alongside criminals he helped bring to justice, he must survive while trying to uncover those responsible for the conspiracy against him. After his release, Matt attempts to rebuild his life, but new threats target the people closest to him, particularly his wife Milla. Between Mister Fear's manipulations, the Kingpin's return, and the Hand's ambitions, Daredevil is drawn into a succession of conflicts that test his convictions, his relationships, and the limits of his own sense of justice.
