Jean-Paul Valley, the new Batman, is dark in psychosis, tortured by the ghosts of his father and Saint Dumas. His confrontation with Abattoir and Gunhawk will lead him on an increasingly dangerous and violent slope. Will Bruce Wayne be able to heal in time and prevent Gotham from plunged back into chaos? The continuation of the saga previously unreleased in France, KNIGHTFALL, sees for the first time another hero taking over the torch under Gotham's cape and mask. Under the guidance of editorial director Dennis O'NEIL (GREEN LANTERN/GREEN ARROW), Chuck DIXON (ROBIN, BIRDS OF PREY), Alan GRANT (LOBO) and Doug MOENCH (BATMAN-LA BRUME PURRE), deliver a haling scenario forever upsetting the mythology of the vigilante.
