A new Batman has just arrived in town, and it's not really Barbara Gordon's taste. Her daily life was already quite up and running. Her roommate, Frankie, is now an integral part of her double life and therefore finds herself exposed to new dangers. It's hard to lead a normal teenage life when you're also a superhero.
