Amanda Waller launches a worldwide offensive to eliminate the influence of superheroes and seize control of the planet. With the help of Failsafe and the Brainiac Queen, she deploys an army of Amazo robots capable of stealing metahuman powers, while a massive disinformation campaign turns public opinion against them. Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, and their allies find themselves hunted, stripped of their abilities, and forced to operate in secret. Facing an organization that now possesses their own powers, the heroes must build a resistance and find a way to stop Waller's plans before she establishes permanent control over the world.
