A "foot-tender", "horn-green", "Dude", "blue" or "white-bec" is a newcomer who does not correspond to the style of the Far West. Old Baddy has just been buried and his property arouses the covetousness of the neighbor, Jack Ready, ready to do anything to acquire it. But Baddy, in a last will, asks Lucky Luke, his friend, to protect his great-grand-neve, the very British Waldo Badmington, legal heir of the ranch, only if it is worth it. The friendship that will be born between the two men, will allow to defeat Jack Ready's plot.
