In York City, Jim Mc Kalan is one of the King’s finest secret agents. To solve the strangest cases, he can rely on the help of his cousin Jenna, a talented clockmaker who runs the Midi-Minuit shop. Murders, disappearances, disturbing inventions, and conspiracies regularly draw the pair into investigations where science, fantasy, and espionage collide. Yet one detail continues to puzzle those around them: despite working so closely together, no one seems to have ever seen Jim and Jenna in the same place. Behind this mystery lies a secret that follows them through their missions and gives their adventures a unique identity within their steampunk world.
