Action, magic, conspiracy and mystery are at the rendezvous in this adventure at the end of which Gaw'yn will discover the greatest secret of the Black Elves. On the way to Locamée Gaw'yn's ship is attacked. His killer skills allow him to defeat the assailants but nothing is resolved upon his arrival because the city is ruled by a merchant prince in collusion with the forbans. There, Gaw'yn will understand that it is to a hunt for the elves that the prince is engaged in, convinced that humans must rule without division on the lands of Arran.
