The Maya: people of Central America, founder of a civilization that spread over a part of Mexico in Guatemala and west of Honduras. Creator of the 365-day solar calendar, the development of architecture and pyramids, of a hieroglyphic writing, they experienced their apogees from 250 to 950 after Jesus Christ. In this album, Alix guides us in Chichen Itza, postclassical city of Yucatan which acquired its fame thanks to its two cenotes and El Castillo, the main pyramid, anthem in honor of the sun. We follow Alix in Mayapan, a city surrounded by a wall of more than 9 km and in Tulum places where the first Spaniards landed. We enter the center of the cities of Copan, Tikal, El Tajin, Palenque.
