Our friends finally discover the reason for Shin and Kibito's presence on Earth. They are looking for a witch who swore to destroy the planet. To do so, he must resurrect a monster who has been sleeping for centuries in the bowels of the earth.
Our heroes follow Yamu and Sporovitch to a strange spaceship and meet the terrible wizard Babidi. His faithful lieutenant discovers the presence of our friends and turns two of them into stone statues.
In order to reach the floor where the witch and Dabla are hiding, our friends must fight several more monstrous creatures one than the other. Vegeta has rid herself of his opponent in very short time and it is now Songoku's turn.
Songoku volunteered to fight a new creature of Babidi. This monster is called Yacon. Will Songoku succeed in thwarting his many traps?
While Dabla entered the meditation room to prepare for the fight against Songohan, Hercules found a great idea for the tournament to continue. The remaining five competitors will have to fight together and the last to stand will be declared winner.
Two of the remaining five competitors were quickly disqualified, so Songoten and Trunks bravely faced C.18. Unfortunately, unable to agree, they were quickly unmasked and disqualified. The finale would therefore oppose the former cyborg and the reigning world champion.
C.18 offers Hercules a deal, and he will be allowed to win in exchange for a large sum of money. In order to safeguard his honour, the defending champion accepts.
The battle is raging. Songohan does not succeed in taking the advantage over his opponent who multiplies the low blows. When Dabla suddenly abandons without shouting a loud smile and smiles at his lips. What bad surprise does he prepare for our friends?
The sorcerer took control of Vegeta's brain. He intended to use him to sow zizany among our heroes' group. But Vegeta was obsessed with only one man: Songoku. He provoked him in duel.
Babidi sent our friends in the middle of the stadium, to the surprise of the spectators and the participants. To force Songoku to fight against him, Vegeta destroyed two parts of the stadium. Songoku accepts, provided he fights in a deserted place. His son and Neptune go in search of the sorcerer.
The fight rages. Vegeta is determined to humiliate her opponent just as he had flouted his honour by saving her life during the fight against Cell. Songohan and Neptune have finally found the ball of matter in which the monster Boubou is locked.
While Trunks and Songoten are still looking for their fathers, they are fighting without mercy. But Vegeta agrees to surrender and explains to his opponent the reasons that led him to change sides. Unfortunately. Boubou now has enough energy to get out of his prison.
The shell containing the so-called terrible monster finally breaks, but to the surprise of our friends, the shell is empty, and smoke soon escapes forming a big strange cloud.
Our heroes finally met the famous Boubou, but he doesn't look like the monster they expected to see. He even behaves like a five-year-old, facetious and unrecognized child. Yet, Neptune is terrified just to see him.
Under deceptive appearances, Boubou proved to be formidable, for Babidi's greatest joy. He first got rid of Songohan, Dabla and finally attacked Neptune. Meanwhile, Songoten and Trunks discovered two strange statues.
Boubou managed to transform Dabla into a gigantic biscuit and swallowed it at once. At the same time, Krilin and Petit Coeur regain their normal appearance in time to see Vegeta return, determined to challenge the terrible magician.
Vegeta challenged Boubou in a singular fight. At first, our hero has the advantage for the greatest happiness of the rest of the band hidden in the rocks. But little by little Boubou reveals himself in a terrifying light. Vegeta seems condemned... Trunks listening only his courage decides to save his father.
Songoten and Trunks rushed to Vegeta in great difficulty and delivered it. While Little Heart takes care of Babidi, Vegeta realizes that only a gigantic explosion can come to the end of the terrible magician. He decides to sacrifice himself to save his friends and son.
Little Heart rejoiced too quickly. Babidi and Boubou are still alive. Rabies in the belly, Babidi decides to revenge on the inhabitants of the neighbouring city. Little Heart and Krilin return to Dendé and learn the bad news to their friends. Against all odds, Songoku regains consciousness and goes in search of his friends.
Little Heart suspects Songohan not to have survived his fight against Boubou. He shares his fears in Songoku. Meanwhile, Chichi and his friends went looking for the last crystal ball. Bulma seems to guess that there has been a misfortune to her husband. Unbelievably, Chichi is approaching the one she chose to become her future daughter-in-law.
Bulma and her friends have managed to find the seven crystal balls. She calls the dragon. Songoku sees it and tries to prevent it from expressing three wishes. It happens after Bulma has asked the dragon to raise the victims of the Vegeta ball. The dragon agrees to only fulfill one wish and leaves. Songoku repatriates all his friends with him in the palace of Dendé.
Songoku seeks to protect his friends. He teaches Bulma and Chichi that the young are alive, but that Vegeta and Songohan have not survived their wounds. He does not yet know that his eldest son has not died and that Neptune has found him. Meanwhile. Babidi threatens to eliminate all the inhabitants of a city so Little Heart and the children refuse to surrender.
While his friends and family believe him dead, Songohan arrives in the kingdom of the gods. Neptune leads him to a huge rock and shows him a sword planted in the rock. Many gods have tried in vain to get him out of it. According to legend, whoever succeeds in taking over the sacred sword, will inherit an immense power.
Songoten and Trunks learned of the death of Vegeta and Songohan. Furious, they are angry with Songoku for not knowing or being able to save them. The latter decided to teach them the art of fusion in order to prevent Boubou from attacking other innocent people. For his part, Songohan, who is still alive, managed to get the sacred sword out of his rock.
