Trunks, Songohan and Bulma discover the time machine with which Trunks came. Inside the machine they find a huge eggshell. A shell discovered a little further away makes them think that a horrible monster is walking around. Meanwhile, Little Heart tries to merge with the Almighty.
A monstrous beast hatched from its egg and began to cause devastation. After its passage into a city, no survivor was found. Faced with the terrible threat, the Almighty agreed to merge with the Little Heart. Little Heart thus depletes its strength and desires to fight the dangerous creature.
A filthy creature landed on Earth and decimated a part of the population. Little Heart finds it and is about to fight it. During the fight, Little Heart understands that the creature needs blood to have energy. But it also discovers that it has another power, much more terrifying.
Little Heart fights against a monster from the future who aspires the energy of his victims. The army intervenes but its power is derisory in front of this creature. The creature weakens Little Heart. The latter makes him speak to know his identity and his real powers. As he reveals himself, Little Heart regenerates and the fight can resume.
Little Heart finds itself facing the terrible monster who reveals to him that he is a cyborg and that his goal is to merge with the other cyborgs to make one more. Following this revelation, he prefers to escape because he feels his opponent stronger than he. Meanwhile, the other cyborgs are still looking for Songoku.
Cell, a cyborg born from the diabolical studies conducted by Professor Gero's computer, must absorb C.17 and C.18, two other cyborgs, in order to become an invincible creature destined to destroy the universe. Krilin and Trunks enter Professor Gero's laboratory to destroy the computer that manufactured Cell.
Cell, a monstrous creature, kills its victims to take their vital energy. This monster decimates the entire population. Songoku's friends must both oppose the monster and the cyborgs. Songoku, after long months, finally recover from his wounds. But will he be strong enough to fight against the super warriors?
Songoku wants to become stronger than the cyborgs and Cell. He joins his son, Krilin and the others, and announces his desire to go to the kingdom of the Most High with Songohan to train in order to become invincible. They convince Vegeta to follow them. Meanwhile, the cyborgs are still looking for Songoku and arrive on the island of the hermit, without knowing where they are.
Cell continues to massacre all those he meets. Vegeta, completely restored, decides to resume training to fight Cell. But the cyborgs land on the island of Turtle-Geniale in search of Songoku. Little Heart then engages in a terrible fight with them.
Songoku decided to go to the Palace of the Most High for a training. Meanwhile, the fight between the Little Heart and the Cyborgs has begun. Without wanting to, Little Heart will drive Cell to the Cyborgs. The fight becomes formidable for Little Heart. Bulma has managed to find the system of operation of the Cyborgs and will try to destroy them to help Little Heart.
Little Heart must stand up to Cyborg 17 until Songoku and Vegeta return from their training. Meanwhile, Bulma has developed a remote control capable of deactivating cyborgs. Cell has spotted the cyborgs and is about to absorb them. Despite the intervention of Little Heart which is now trying to protect the cyborgs, Cell continues to destroy everything in its passage.
Songohan wants to help Little Heart but his father dissuades him. Little Heart fails against Cell. He attacks C.17 and C.16, but the two fighters are of equal force. C.16 manages to even pull Cell's tail. But, like a lizard, it pushes back.
C.16 manages to stand up to Cell, but he still manages to absorb C.17 and can thus achieve a part of its transformation. Cell then decides to end C.16, then attacks C.18. Ten Shin An challenges him again using all his energy.
Cell, a devastating monster, must swallow the cyborgs to become master of the universe. Ten Shin Han is moving in his way to protect the Earth. But Cell is much stronger than he. Songoku is trying to help Ten Shin Han but he is not yet ready to resume the fight. But who then can beat Cell?
Vegeta has undergone intensive training to prevent Cell from becoming master of the universe by absorbing cyborgs. He is now ready to fight Cell. Trunks is also going to search for Cell to neutralize him. Meanwhile, Songoku is preparing to also undergo intensive training.
Cell has decided to become indestructible. Only for this, he needs to find the Cyborg 18 to absorb it! Meanwhile Songoku and his son entered the special training room... They don't know what to expect in the interior yet.
While Cell is trying to untangle the other two cyborgs, Vegeta decided to stand up to him in front of Trunks' astonished eyes who knows inside that his father has no chance against this horrible creature.
Vegeta has not been the same since he left the special training room, and Cell is the first to see it! To defeat his opponent, Cell must absolutely absorb C.18. He does not yet know that his prey is close to him!
Krilin has the possibility to destroy the last cyborg and thus prevent Cell from finishing its metamorphosis, this thanks to the case made by Bulma! Yet, at the last moment, our friend hesitates.
Against all expectations, Vegeta let Cell absorb the last cyborg under the desperate eyes of Krilin who did not want to destroy C.18. Regrets are bitter and disaster now seems inevitable. Who will succeed in stopping this horrible creature?
Cell has finally reached the final stage of her metamorphosis, thanks to Vegeta eager to measure her new powers against those of the monster! Will her arrogance cause her loss? Vegeta seems certain of the outcome of this new fight.
Krilin is the first victim of the new Cell, nothing seems to be able to stop him, not even Vegeta. The final destruction of humanity seems almost inevitable. Meanwhile, Songoku and his son have still not left the special training room. They are their only hope.
Cell seems insensitive to the blows being carried on him by an increasingly unbelieving Vegeta! Trunks is the only one able to help his father, but he is aware that Vegeta will never forgive him for his gesture. Will his stupid pride kill him?
Vegeta, desperate, tries a last assault on the horrible creature, but in vain! Listening only to his courage, Trunks comes to the aid of his father, knowing full well that he will never forgive him this gesture! But Vegeta's life is in danger.
