After the defeat of Krapador and his crew, Pipo decided to join the crew. To thank them for saving him, Kaya offered them a caravelle called Vogue Merry. The crew with 4 members and having a boat worthy of the name, Luffy set in mind to find a cook, so the crew joined the floating restaurant Baratie where they met Sanjy. But they barely arrived that the restaurant was approached by one of the ships of Captain Creek's dreadful fleet, while Nami disappeared with the Vogue Merry.
