Gaara, now the Kazekage, is kidnapped by Akatsuki. Naruto and his friends rush to aid their ally from the Sand Village and manage to snatch him away from Sasori and Deidara, his captors. Unfortunately, Gaara is already dead. It is then that the old Chiyo decides to sacrifice herself to bring him back to life.
