Yet, some decide to play outside the lines and fight for justice... without any qualifications! They are called vigilantes, and in the eyes of the law, they are no better than villains!
Koichi, a young student fan of All Might, the most powerful hero, belongs to this category. He uses his sliding power to help those around him: picking up trash, helping passersby with their groceries... It starts with good intentions, yet his activities are illegal as soon as he uses his Quirk without authorization in public.
His sense of justice leads him to form an unlikely team with a big, brawling amateur and a young singer eager for fame... The three of them launch an attack on a drug trafficking ring with destructive effects. But while heroes act in compliance with the law, for vigilantes, there is only one motto: the end justifies the means!
