Shiki, Rebecca, and Happy, aspiring adventurers, have set themselves the challenge of meeting “Mother,” the goddess of the Cosmos. Together, they decide to travel to the planet Norma where the old doctor Wise lives, who will be able to provide them with a highly perfected new ship to reach their goal. Unfortunately, unexpected events disrupt all their plans! They must face a young man who also calls himself “Wise” and a band of pirates with vague intentions... This is already the starting line of battle for our new heroes!
The ship Shiki received from Erzy, the Pirate of the Cosmos, turns out to be the one captained by the Great Demon Ziggy! As his successor, Shiki becomes his official heir. Assisted by Witch, one of the Four Shining Stars, Rebecca, and her loyal Happy, he decides to search for the other three Stars to continue his quest for “Mother”! They all head to Blue Garden, where they hope to find clues about Sister, a Shining Star, but a series of kidnappings of B-Cubes disrupts the little team's plans... How will our heroes manage to escape the trap set by these malicious individuals?

As confusion reigns, the truth about Valkyrie is about to come out!

Edens Zero follows the trail of Mother Ether and arrives at Foresta, the green planet. The crew then discovers that all the machines have revolted under Ziggy's influence and have reduced humans to slavery! Whether they like it or not, Shiki and his companions confront the machines, but Beast, the free body of Poseidon Nero, begins its elimination mission! At the same time, Erzy and Justice, who is pursuing him, also land on Foresta... The various battles on this new planet promise to be arduous, while the piracy triggered by Ziggy risks taking the Four Shining Stars out of the race...
The confrontation was intense, but Shiki and the Edens Zero crew finally defeated Unit 6 of Poseidon Nero's Beasts. Then, they saw the government star system army land and annihilate Unit 1 without any effort! Shiki and Homura were subsequently imprisoned due to their connection with Erzy, and Justice is extremely annoyed... After boarding Laviria and Hawley from Oracion Seis, the Edens Zero sets out to attack the planet Lendard. Unfortunately, the crew is greeted by a armada of dragons commanded by God Akunera, one of the six demonic Galactic Generals! At the same time, Erzy barely manages to breach Lendard's defense barriers. She confronts Ziggy but fails to defeat him. Shiki and three of his friends finally land on the planet where the Four Black Stars of the Great Demon await them... Does the great 'Star-Bite' operation still have a chance of success?!
The crew of the Edens Zero is determined to defeat Ziggy, but for now, they are confronted by the Four Black Stars of the Great Demon. Separated from each other in virtual spaces, Shiki, Rebecca, and their companions engage in merciless battles. Shiki manages to defeat Wizard, but Wise is beaten by Killer; Rebecca by Clown; and Homura is struggling against Brigandine… To make matters worse, Killer and Clown manage to infiltrate the Edens Zero. The situation becomes truly critical, but Harmit and Sister have not given up yet!

Shiki, meanwhile, has boarded the Edens One where he is on the verge of being defeated by the demonic galactic general Lightning Low, but he is saved at the last moment by Rebecca's intervention. He is finally before Mother and Void.
