Tsubasa Ozora and his team from the Nankatsu SC finally managed to integrate the final table of the Junior National Cup, after a tough series of chicken games. Nankatsu SC, now in the semifinal, faced FC Musashi, a very strong team, led by the very charismatic captain Jun Misugi. The latter, aware of the danger of Tsubasa's talent, chose to play the whole game despite his heart disease, which forced him to take care of himself. Jun Misugi showed his abilities by opening the score, from the start of the match. The goals went on, Nankatsu resisted, but Tsubasa finally lost hope... Before getting up, more determined than ever! He allowed Nankatsu to return to the score! At the end of the match, however, Jun Misugi scored a new goal, allowing FC Musashi to lead 4 to 3, then collapses, a grip on the heart...
