Killee continues his search for network access genes, the only way to connect to the Netsphere, the virtual system that reigns the whole world. While he and Shibo are preparing to try to cross the megastructure, the gigantic carrier structure that frames the City and divides it into hermetic levels, they are contacted by the government agency, the level of control of the Netsphere, wanting to help them try to stop the progress of the chaos that devours the world.
